Saturday mornings, until October 23, the City of Victor is hosting the Teton Valley Market and Bazaar at Victor City Park. Area home grown or hand made products are available for purchase. IDAHO INTERNATIONAL DANCE AND MUSIC FESTIVAL (REXBURG)
The Opening Ceremonies will be held at the BYU-Idaho Viking Stadium July 31st at 8pm. This is an opportunity to get a first hand look at all the performers that represent their country. All the local sponsors will be there to be recognized for their generous donation to the festival.
Monday August 2nd, the International Street Festival will be from 5:00pm-9:00pm on. All over Main Street you will see a colorful parade starting at 6:30pm. Following the Street Festival and Parade will be the street dance from 9:00pm -11:00pm.
Tuesday, August 3rd, Rigby will be hosting a Youth Culture event! This is a free event held at the Rigby Junior High from 9:00am – 12:00pm. Children and families will personally get to learn and chat with dancers from around the world!
Tuesday, August 3rd, Blackfoot Performing Arts Center ( 870 S. Fisher Street ) will be hosting a performance of fun-filled dancing and entertainment! This event will begin at 7:00pm.
Thursday, August 5th, Rexburg Youth Culture! This wonderful event will be on the BYU-Idaho campus in the Kirkham building at 9:00am – 12:00pm. Kids from ages 6 -16 will learn and experience a whole other culture and life style! As well as learn a few dance steps along the way!
Friday, August 6th, the climax of the festival will be held at the BYU-Idaho Hart building at 7:00pm. The Gala performance will give each country a chance to perform individually and collectively! This is a ticketed event for the general public.
Saturday, August 7th, closing ceremonies will be held at Smith park (Rexburg) starting at 11am–2:00pm.
Saturday, August 7th, the final gala performance will be held at the BYU- Idaho Hart building with the Pre-Show at 7pm and the performance following at 7:30pm.

Wyoming Travel & Tourism will share the information you need to know for building your 2011 marketing strategy at the Marketing Outlook Forum on the morning of Thursday, September 23. While the value of the information remains the same, the format of the forum is changing to increase the number of industry members able to attend. Chapel in the Valley, on Highway 26 in Irwin, will hold its annual fund-raiser barbecue beginning at 1 p.m. Sunday. It’ll feature beef brisket, BBQ Chicken, Salad and Deserts. Everyone is welcome.
SHAKESPEARE IN THE PARK
For the seventh consecutive year, the Teton Arts Council, with this years sponsor Wells Fargo, is bringing Montana Shakespeare in the Parks to Teton Valley to entertain and delight attendees for free with the performance of one of Shakespeare’s classic comedies. The event will feature a performance of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” and will be held from 5-8pm on Sunday, August 1st at Creekside Meadows Park.
In addition to the performance, the event will feature a Children’s Glen full of fun activities for the kids, a raffle with all money raised benefiting the Teton Arts Council, and a great night for families to bring a picnic and enjoy a few hours of Shakespearean comedy.

JOHN COLTER RUN
Now a running tradition here in Teton Valley for more than three decades, the John Colter Half Marathon & 2-mile Fun Run is set to mark its 34th annual running in 2010, along a course that takes runners along the streets of both the town of Driggs and nearby Alta, Wyoming, in the shadow of the majestic Tetons.
Both the half marathon and the two-mile "fun run" start and finish in Driggs at the Driggs City Park on the corner of First Street and Wallace Avenue. From there, runners follow the city streets westward toward the Wyoming town of Alta, which lies right along the Idaho-Wyoming state line. Once runners hit the turnaround point in Alta, they then head back eastward, back toward the finish line at Driggs City Park.

Help Driggs celebrate its 100th birthday!
The fun begins with a community dance from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday at the Spud Drive-In. featuring music by the Jackson Six.
Saturday’s activities begin with placement of a time capsule at the Teton Valley Museum at 10 a.m. A parade starts at 11 a.m. with lots of fun at the City Park afterwards. Bring blankets and lounge chairs and join in lots of games for all ages and live music. Food will be provided by the Centennial Committee and the Driggs, Idaho Stake.

The Tri-Steer Roping Classic will be held at the Teton County Fairground Arena in Driggs. Registration begins at 9 a.m. with a 10 a.m. start. $50 entry / 3 Draw Partners and no entry limit. TETON REGIONAL LAND TRUST
The Teton Regional Land Trust will hold its 20th anniversary celebration at Six Springs Ranch, its first conservation easement. They plan to bring together over 500 old friends and new for a wonderful summer celebration of land, community and conservation that spotlights the uniqueness and beauty of the Upper Snake River Valley.
TROUT UNLIMITED “CONSERVATION CELEBRATION”
Jackson Hole Trout Unlimited is holding its Annual Conservation Celebration on Saturday, August 7th at The Murie Center in Moose, WY. Join TU for cocktails at 5:30 followed by dinner and live music.
